Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges
Potatoe wedges are the perfect snack to make for any get together because they’re easy to make, full of flavour and keep you filled for wherever the evening may take you!
For 4 people
7 ounces of smoked bacon
½ cup of pecorino cheese
¼ cup of breadcrumbs
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1)Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges. In a bowl mix the parmesean with breadcrumbs, chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper.
2)Pass the potatoes in this mixture, then wrap each of them with a little bacon and gradually place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3)Bake in a preheated oven at 400°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup.
