Ingredients for 4 servings

7 oz of taralli, (an alternative can be Ritz crackers)
7 oz of butter
For the filling
10.5 oz of soft cheese
2 tbs of lemon juice
1 tbs of lemon zest
For toppings
3 slices of mortadella
In a bowl, mix the crushed taralli (or crackers) and melted butter. Stir to combine, place the mixture in 4 small round-shaped molds or cupcake molds and put them in the fridge.
In another bowl, mix the soft cheese with lemon juice, freshly chopped majoram, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the cream cheese mixture on top of the taralli base.
Place the mini tarts in the fridge until they are ready to serve and decorate them with sliced ​​mortadella and chopped pistachios.
