1 rectangular shaped puff pastry
7 oz Veroni’s cooked ham
7 oz of feta cheese
1 egg’s yolk
Salt and pepper
Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of baking paper in a rectangular pan
Cut zucchini into thin slices with a mandolin.
Place the first layer of ham on the pastry, then add zucchini and season them with salt and pepper.
Add feta cheese and another layer of ham.
Close the pastry to form a rectangular pie, brush the surface with yolk
Sprinkle the top with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.
Cut the pie into slices and serve.
