A FOOD TREND
Step by step, one reel at a time, learn the art and … bring it to the table with us.
Our new social campaign “Veroni lab” is now online: the first video tutorials in the Italian scene designed to learn step by step the art of making creative charcuterie boards that are the protagonists of a trend that has literally contaminated the United States, becoming a must on overseas social media and in moments of conviviality, from parties to aperitifs to family celebrations.

THE ITALIAN TOUCH
The project was created with the intention of declining in Italy a trend that has thrilled millions of social users in the U.S. and aims to speak not only to gastro-enthusiasts looking for the latest trends in food, but also to those who do not like to cook and want to amaze by following simple tips.
“The plus value of the content created is our Italian DNA, the Italian touch in terms of style and taste for which we are known all over the world” – comments Emanuela Bigi, marketing manager of the company.
THE FIRST STEPS TUTORIALS
On the IG profile @veronisalumi and on our YouTube channel, we have launched the first series of “first steps tutorials” designed for the community of Italian foodies who want to learn about tools, combinations and geometries to create an American-style charcuterie board: from the choice of cutting board – rectangular, round, wooden or slate? – to essential accessories, to rolling techniques with its ritual geometries, such as rosettes, folds and rolls.
Then concludes with combinations of ingredients: fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, cheeses, jams, as well as flowers and chocolate. 1,2,3,4,5: get ready to impress your guests!

AT WORK WITH CHARCUTERIE
Once you’ve learned the theory, it’s on to the upgrade with the 5 thematic charcuterie boards ideal for coming up with memorable “boards” to reproduce for anniversaries, holidays and aperitifs.
Just tune in to @veronisalumi to find out how to create the Spring charcuterie board, the AperiTime charcuterie board, dedicated to one of the best-selling lines in the U.S., the Happy birthday charcuterie board, and the Discover the taste of Italy, a cutting board that celebrates our Emilian excellence in cured meats, the key to our successful overseas sales. And for Christmas? We have that too, it’s called … Christmas Charcuterie board!
