THE FIRST STEPS TUTORIALS
Our first series of “first steps tutorials” is online on our YouTube channel – designed for the community of Italian foodies who want to learn about tools, combinations and geometries to create an American-style charcuterie board. From the choice of cutting board – rectangular, round, wooden or slate? – to essential accessories, to rolling techniques with its ritual geometries, such as folds and rolls.
