Made from selected Italian pork, the Gran Taglio mortadella is produced using only lean meat and pork cheek as raw materials. Completing this mortadella with its great flavour and small size, is the dark colour V in the centre of the slice, sign of the best Emilian artisan tradition.

The Felino Veroni salami, IGP certified, takes its name from the town located in the typical Parmesan hills, and is made unique by its intense scent, very characteristic, and its soft flavour.

It is a pork sausage enriched with a mixture of spices. Its practical format makes it suitable for many occasions of consumption, from partying with friends, to filling a tasty sandwich. It is advisable to cut it into a thick slice.

 

Salame Napoli Piccante

This salami is made of pork, fat, garlic and a particular selection of aromas and spices. The Spicy Napoli Salami is recognised for its lively flavor and the bright red color of the slice.

Salsiccia asciugata

This range of sausages – which are perfect in many recipes thanks to their rich flavour – are dried for at least 12 hours before being vacuum-packed. Traditional salsiccia in the mild version; there are also the version with chilli peppers and with fennel seeds. Cook before eating.

Made according to one of the oldest Veroni recipes from processed pork fat and flavourings which are then pressed, these pork scratchings are golden in colour, crunchy and tasty on the palate.
