Speck

Speck is an Italian specialty from South Tyrol. It is made with a completely de-boned pork leg, which is lightly salted, flavourings are added before being finally smoked to give the meat its characteristic flavour that brings to mind the mountain woods.

 Speck Alto Adige PGI Veroni is characterised by an intense flavour thanks to the natural smoking process that releases flavours of aromatic herbs and wood. The lean meat is covered by rind on only one side and its taste is harmonious and balanced.

Made according to the old Veroni regional recipes, this speck has a smoky and intense taste, which everyone enjoys.

Bresaola 

 

The recipe for Bresaola, on the other hand, originates in Valtellina and has been handed down to us with all the “secrets” to make its taste so special. Almost completely free of fat, it is particularly suitable for low-calorie diets and for quick recipes.
