Figs with Veroni Prosciutto
Try out this twist on the classic pairing of Prosciutto and melon with a more intense mix of flavors and freshness:
INGREDIENTS
To serve 4 people you will need the following ingredients:
- 4 Ripe Figs
- Olive Oil
- 8 Slices of Veroni Prosciutto
- 16 Bocconcini Balls
- 16 Basil
- 16 Wooden Skewers
STEPS
1. Cut the figs into 4 quarters and season in a bowl with the oil with a pinch of salt, leave to rest and absorb the flavor
2. cut the prosciutto slices into two.
3. Choose which order you prefer, using the skewer push through the basil, bocconcini, prosciutto loosley rolled and the fig
4. Serve with a drizzle of oil and pepper for a more intense flavor
